Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at Neal's Appliance. In this role, you will travel to customers’ homes and businesses, install new appliances, and diagnose and repair their existing appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Respond to client requests for appliance service
  • Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems
  • Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation
  • Repair appliances
  • Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
  • Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
  • Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Associates degree or appliance repair certification preferred
  • Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification to work on air conditioners and refrigerators is preferred
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent customer service skills
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
